Helping people navigate complex decisions, transitions, and conversations.

Whether you're questioning a marriage, considering a career change, navigating uncertainty, or standing at a crossroads, I help you hear what's true beneath the noise and move forward with clarity.

Most people are not confused.
They're conflicted.

Part of them already knows what they want, what needs to change, or what conversation needs to happen next.

The difficulty is rarely a lack of information. It's the competing obligations, fears, expectations, identities, and consequences that make it hard to trust what they know.

My work helps people untangle that complexity so they can make decisions they can live with.

For people navigating significant life decisions, transitions, relationships, careers, identity shifts, and periods of uncertainty.

A space to think clearly, explore honestly, and move forward with greater confidence.

About Jess

For most of my career, I've worked where things are complex, uncertain, and deeply human.

My background spans organisational psychology, humanitarian and community programs, leadership and stakeholder engagement, research, facilitation, and behaviour change. I've worked with individuals, organisations, communities, and government and not-for-profit sectors, helping people navigate complexity when the stakes matter.

Alongside this work, I support women who find themselves at a crossroads.

Often they have successful, responsible, carefully constructed lives. From the outside, everything looks fine. But somewhere underneath, something no longer fits.

A marriage. A career. An identity. A version of themselves they've outgrown.

My approach is thoughtful, practical, and rarely linear. I'm less interested in giving advice than helping people hear what they already know, beneath the noise of expectation, fear, obligation, and other people's opinions.

Whether I'm working with an organisation navigating change or a woman questioning the shape of her life, the work is ultimately the same: helping people navigate uncertainty without losing sight of what matters most.
