For women standing at a real crossroads.

Private Mentorship (6-12 months)

Some decisions change the entire architecture of your life.

Leaving the career you built your life around.
Ending a marriage.
Launching a business.
Moving countries.

These decisions are rarely simple.

Not because you lack intelligence or options.

But because when the stakes are high, even highly capable people lose perspective.

When women arrive here, they already know something in their life cannot continue the way it is.

They are burnt out by corporate, but can’t yet see a viable next move.
They are in a relationship that needs to evolve, or end.
They are no longer in love with the business that was once their baby, but walking away feels loaded with consequence.

These are not light decisions.

There are mortgages, children, teams, reputations, and futures to think about.

These women are not looking to burn their life down in pursuit of a fantasy.

They are trying to make serious, responsible decisions about how they want to live the decades ahead.

The problem is not that these women have no answers.

(And it is not that they should blindly “trust their gut” and leap).

It’s that they begin thinking harder — gathering opinions and trying to logic their way through something that isn’t purely a thinking problem.

Because when a decision carries real consequence, fear, pressure, conditioning, responsibility, and instinct all become entangled.

And what looks like confusion is often something more specific:

distortion.

A highly capable woman can be extraordinarily clear in every other area of her life, and still lose access to clear perception when the decision is close to home, emotionally loaded, or identity-altering.

She does not need more advice.
She needs help discerning:

  • what is fear

  • what is truth

  • what is obligation

  • what is timing

  • what is actually possible from here

That is the work.

Sometimes clarity comes quickly.

If you know the decision in front of you and need help cutting through the internal noise, the Signal Session is often enough.

But some decisions change the entire architecture of your life.

Leaving a company.
Ending a long relationship.
Relocating a family.
Stepping into public visibility.

These moments don’t resolve in a single moment of insight.

Because once the decision is seen clearly, the nervous system has to reorganise around the reality of that change.

Fear surfaces.
Identity shifts.
Doubt reappears.
External pressure increases.

This is where women often second-guess themselves, retreat into the familiar, or make small, fear-based compromises that keep them trapped in the same life wearing a slightly different outfit.

The mentorship exists for this phase.

Over six months we work together to:

  • stabilise your nervous system so you can think and perceive clearly under pressure

  • expand your capacity to sit inside uncertainty without collapsing into fear

  • restore access to your internal authority when external voices get loud

  • help you recognise when fear is distorting perception

  • support you as the consequences of the decision unfold in real life

This work is not about telling you what to do.

It is about helping you see clearly enough to know what is yours to do next.

The Monthly Experience

  • Two private 90-minute sessions each month

  • Direct What’sApp support between sessions for ongoing reflection or decision support

  • Optional in-person intensives where geography allows

  • Personally curated practices

  • A confidential space where professional, personal, and relational dynamics can all be explored

To preserve the depth of the work, I take a maximum of three mentorship clients at a time.

Investment

The mentorship is $2,500 AUD per month.

Most clients begin with a 6-month commitment.

You may also choose to pay the full six months in advance and receive a 5% reduction.

If you have already completed a Signal Session, the investment from that session can be credited toward the mentorship if we decide to continue working together.

This work tends to be right for women who:

  • carry significant responsibility in their professional or personal lives

  • are used to being the one others rely on

  • are facing a decision or season of change with real consequence

  • know something in their life needs to shift, but do not want to act from panic, fantasy, or fear

  • want a discreet, intelligent space to think, feel, discern, and move well

Next steps

If you are standing at a genuine crossroads in your life and recognise yourself in what you’ve read here, you’re welcome to enquire about the mentorship.

Every engagement begins with a private conversation to determine whether this level of support is the right fit.

FAQS

  • This is for humans who carry real responsibility, extending to

    • leaving or redesigning a career

    • deciding whether a long term relationship is coming to an end

    • feeling pulled toward starting something of their own, but unsure what that would actually look like

    • considering a major move or lifestyle change for themselves or their family

  • This work sits adjacent to both — but it isn’t either.

It’s not coaching in the sense of goal-setting, accountability, performance optimisation, or skill-building. I’m not here to help you execute better inside a life that already feels misaligned.

It’s also not therapy. While I bring a background in psychology and training in trauma resolution and somatic work, this isn’t treatment or a focus on symptom reduction, diagnosis, or the past for its own sake.

The centre of this work is contact.

We work at the level where decisions are actually made — beneath strategy, beneath story, beneath habit — restoring your ability to feel, sense, and trust what’s true for you in real time. From there, clarity emerges naturally, and action becomes cleaner, less forced, and more sustainable.

This is relational, embodied, and often subtle work. It engages the subconscious, the nervous system, and your creative intelligence — not to fix you, but to bring more of you back online so life can reorganise around that.

In practice, that means women don’t just understand what needs to change — they feel it, know it, and are so centred inside themselves that they act on it.

  • Yes. All work is strictly confidential.

I am legally and ethically bound to protect your privacy. Nothing is shared with third parties without your explicit consent. NDAs can be arranged if required.

Sessions can be recorded and stored securely for your personal access, kept entirely off-record, or followed by written reflections or summaries if that’s more supportive for you.

  • This is a selective, long-range partnership.

I work with a very small number of clients at a time. The depth of the work depends on your willingness to engage honestly, consistently, and in real life — not just during sessions.

Most clients meet with me biweekly with flexibility for moments that require more support, deeper focus, or a pause. The container adapts to what’s actually happening in your life rather than forcing you into a preset schedule.

  • Yes.

Sessions are held primarily via Zoom. In-person intensives are available by arrangement in Australia or internationally, where schedules allow.

  • If you’re navigating a specific decision point and want clarity without entering a long-term container, the Signal Session is designed as a one-off, private engagement.

We can explore whether that or the mentorship is the most appropriate next step during a private conversation.

Not ready for a long-form partnership?

The Signal Session is a 90 minute intensive designed to provide clarity when you’re navigating a specific decision point and need clarity, direction and momentum quickly, but are not yet ready to commit to ongoing work.
