A well-nourished woman is a radiant woman

I've been exploring the theme of nourishment with the gorgeous women in one of my group programs.

I asked these women what a well-nourished woman felt like to them, and freaking glorious were their replies...

  • Calm, relaxed, soft

  • Regulated and grounded

  • Confident, vibrant, joyful

  • Sensual, affectionate, passionate

  • Free in their body, effortlessly expressed

  • Glowing and radiant...

A well-nourished woman felt FULL on life. She felt less-burdened, more free, more satiated.

And she was overflowing, available, and open-hearted... she gave and served and showed up not because she had to, but freely, willingly, generously because she was alive within herself.

To me, a well-nourished woman feels like PERMISSION. Permission to give ourselves what we truly need.

Permission to be FULL on what truly feeds us.

Permission to flourish, prosper and thrive.

More than ever as busy, modern women we need to prioritise what nourishes our heart, souls and bodies.

We need to prioritise ourselves.

We need to practice a form of self-care that moves beyond the bubble-baths and occasional massage.

If we want to truly tap into the frequency of the well-nourished woman, soft, confident, radiant..we have to start living in deeper devotion to what we truly need and yearn for.

We need to ask ourselves what would fill our inner reserves, and what would keep them full? And we need to prioritise that.

As women we are nourished when we are intimate dialogue with what is on our hearts, we are nourished by the generative current of aliveness within us, nourished by the creative pulse and sensual throb of life that wants to be known, felt & claimed within us, we are nourished when we are held, and witnessed in the exquisite kaleidoscope of our human experience without being 'fixed', we are nourished by following and savouring our most illogical desires...

Here we come alive.

Here we reconnect with our true essence.

Here we emanate with a magnetic frequency that is specific and unique to you, and totally, deliciously irresistible.

That is a well-nourished woman.

Simply being in her presence does something to you.

To become her?

An entirely more amazing thing.

I don't need to tell you what this could shift in your life.

But I will anyway 😉

That glorious fullness that taps you in and turns you on to your briming effervescent aliveness...

  • that's the sweet elixer that reignites your relationship;

  • it's the generous open embrace that you meet your kids with, totally undistracted, completely present, a soft yet rock-solid embodiment of presence, play, and love;

  • it's the magic that creates inspiring and nourishing friendships;

  • it's the creative pulse that flows into your work and your passions;

  • it's the sweet exhale of surrender as you relax into your flow;

  • it's waking up in the morning feeling like you've the most luscious luxury carpet underfoot, padding your path through life;

  • it's that oh-so-tasty frequency of feeling fully alive.

It's living life in the overflow.

It's EVERYTHING.

If you want this, and you are ready to devote yourself to it, my 1:1 container is for you.

This is for the modern, busy, high-achieving woman. The woman who is wearing many hats, and wants to let her hair fly free... The woman who wants to feel like her best, most carefree and vibrant self again.

Don't worry, you don't need to turn your life upside down in the pursuit of yourself... all the magic, all the medicine, all the power to claim yourself as the well-nourished woman lies within.

That's where we go. That's what we devote to.

If you are interested - in a full body YES I yearn and desire this- there are TWO spaces available.

Message me, and we can chat over whether this is the right fit, and we can take it from there...

I'm so excited to receive you, hold you, frolic in the magic with you.

xx
