I’ve still got a feeling of lightness. I’ve been practicing dropping into my body as often as I remember as well as incorporating a mindfulness/meditation routine into my day and I’m finding it so much easier to find and stay in the flow of my day. I have also been allowing my emotions to rise to the surface and letting them release (crying etc) I’m finding that small things aren’t getting to me as much as they used to and I’m able to parent with a calmer approach.
